How do I change the text or background color for my ticker?

The text color switches between light and dark automatically based on the background color that you choose.

To change the background color:

1. At the bottom of step 3, under Select a background color you can click on one of the small color boxes to set the background color for your ticker, or you can enter a custom color. To set a custom color:
   1. Click on the link Enter a custom color value (it is below the sample colors).
   2. Enter the hex value for your background in the Custom hex value box.
   3. Click on Check. The Sample color box will fill with the color you entered and show the automatically selected text color
2. Click on Next at the right under the preview image, to see the ticker generated with your background color.
