How do I add a ticker signature to my AOL email?

For AOL 9.5 you create an HTML signature. On Daisypath, after you have created your ticker, copy the HTML code snippet to your clipboard by right clicking on the HTML text-box and choosing Copy.

Then in AOL 9.5
  1. Go to Mail and click Write.
  2. At the bottom right of the letter template it says Signatures.
  3. Click Signatures and then highlight and click Set Up Signatures.
  4. A window will open, click Create.
  5. In the upper field of the new window, type Daisypath Signature.
  6. In the lower field, paste in the signature HTML that is now in your clipboard.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Default on/off if you want to make your signature display on all your emails.
  9. You can then close the Signatures dialogue box and start using your signature.

For AOL Mail (accessed through your browser) you paste the image into the Signature field, not the HTML. Unfortunately, I have only been able to get this to work on a PC, I haven't been able to get it to work on a Mac.

On Daisypath, after you have created your ticker, right click on the ticker image and choose Copy (for IE), Copy Image for Firefox and Chrome.

Then in AOL Mail:
  1. Click on Settings in the top right.
  2. Click on Compose in the left menu.
  3. Make sure that Use Rich Text/HTML Editing is ticked.
  4. Next to Signature, select Use signature from the drop-down
  5. Paste your Daisypath image in the Signature field by right clicking in the Signature field and choosing paste.
  6. Click on Save at the bottom of the form.
