Why isn't my ticker counting down, it has been showing the same text for the last few days.

If it is not updating in your email application it may be because the program is caching the image rather than getting a new copy when you view it.

If you want to see the new image when you view your email you will need to work out how to refresh the image. This will depend on the email application.

If it is web based you could try forcing a full reload of the page. There are detailed notes elsewhere in the Help section for clearing the page cache.

For Outlook or Outlook Express you may need to change your Internet Explorer settings. There are notes on how to do this here.
