The ticker image isn't showing up in my Outlook Express mail, all I get is the text in a link. How do I get it to show up?
If you have followed the instructions here for adding the ticker to your Outlook Email and it is still only showing up as a text or a hypertext link, you may need to change the format that you are sending and receiving emails.To change the format for incoming messages:
- Open Outlook Express
- Click on Tools in the menu bar
- Click on Options and then select the Read tab.
- About the 4th option down is Read all messages in plain text this needs to be unchecked for the Daisypath signature to display in your incoming emails.
To change the format for messages you send:
- Open Outlook Express
- Click on Tools in the menu bar
- Click on Options and then select the Send tab.
- Under Mail Sending Format select HTML for the Daisypath signature to display in the emails you send.
